The September issue of Akita Shoten is the Monthly Shounen Champion magazine revealed
The September issue of Akita Shoten of Monthly Shounen Champion magazine did not publish a new chapter of Okushō and Unamu Masubuchi’s manga No Reception ~Denpa no Nai Kuni~ (A Land Without Radio Waves) on the 6th as planned due to health reasons. by Okusho. The manga is slated to return in the magazine’s next issue on September 6.
The manga is set in our world, with the story starting with all radio waves disappearing from the planet. Much of the world quickly descended into looting and chaos, especially as the United States turned into a de facto lawless territory overnight. The story revolves around Paul, a man who lives quietly with his family, but is suddenly accused by the FBI of being responsible for the disappearance of radio waves. Left with little choice, he sets out on a quest to find the real criminal to clear his name, and take part in something much bigger than his old little life.
Okushō and Masubuchi launched the manga in Monthly Shounen Champion magazine in November 2020. Akita Shoten published the manga’s first compiled book volume on April 8, and will publish the second volume on September 8.
Shizumu Watanabe and Okushō launched the Real Account manga in Kodansha with Bessatsu Shonen Magazine in the February 2014 issue, and ended the manga in May 2019. Kodansha published the manga’s 24th volume and compilation in May 2019. Kodansha Comics is publishing the manga digitally in English. The company released the omnibus manga with volumes 12-14 on June 8. The manga is getting a live-action film adaptation.
