Global game company Gravity has revealed the details of Ragnarok’s 20th anniversary event on July 22, 2022.
Ragnarok Online subtitled The Final Destiny of the Gods is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) created by Gravity based on the manhwa Ragnarok by Lee Myung-jin. The game was released in Korea on August 31, 2002 for Microsoft Windows.
The game spawned a series of sequels as well as other versions such as cartoons, and a sequel game Ragnarok Online 2: Legend of the Second. The player character exists in a world with a player environment that changes over time. Major changes to the features and history of the world take place as episodes in the RO timeline.

Gravity will hold the Ragnarok 20th anniversary event offline at SJ Kunsthalle in Nonhyeon-dong on July 31. At the event website, users are greeted with various events and entertainment, feeling as if step into the Ragnarok game through the Ragnarok effect, Ragnarok BGM performing live.
The “Ragnarok 20th Anniversary” event is divided into main sections and programs in part 2. The first part of the previous event, which lasts from 2 hours, includes various events that users can experience.
In the second part of the main program, the Ragnarok IP team will open with a b-boying performance. After that, RO scholarship quiz contest and developer showcase will be held respectively, along with celebratory performance and lucky draw event.
