Although some players have reported since version 12.8, so far Riot has not taken any action to fix Poppy’s bug.
Many Poppy main players have repeatedly sent requests to Riot Games to soon fix a major game bug related to their favorite champion, but have not yet received a specific response. Recently, a player posted a video recreating Poppy’s bug and her Ultimate.
Specifically, instead of increasing the time of R – Judgment Herald’s Splash as announced in the update content in patch 12.8. This player has noticed that the time of the Toss Up has been reduced to about 0.65 seconds. In the video, this player tried to use Poppy’s R – Herald of Judgment on multiple enemies, all of which returned them to be knocked up for about 0.6 to 0.7 seconds.
The player also said that he has reported this issue to Riot since April of this year, up to 4 times, but Riot has not yet had any response. This game bug of Poppy will be extremely serious when the Hammer Keeper executes her move sequence. In the video, the player emphasizes the effect of this bug on Q – Concussion Hammer, which is also Poppy’s main damage move, as the time for the second damage to explode on enemies is exactly 1 second.
Contrary to Poppy’s efforts to report game bugs, Riot Games is probably still quite indifferent to this champion. The Hammer Holder was last changed by Riot in patch 12.16 to reduce the power of Q – Concussion Hammer. During the Reddit discussion, several other players also complained about Poppy’s other bugs or that Poppy’s Ultimate animation still looks “stiff”.
Up to now, Riot has not had any feedback on this issue and of course the time for the “father” of League of Legends to notice and fix Poppy’s game bugs is still a mystery.
