The last chapter was chaotic because Deon ended up making a mistake in his delirious state and called the Emperor for help instead of the Demon King as planned.
The Emperor seemed to be teasing Deon about his blunder and sent a Knight to Deon, while the demon physician also appeared at the same time.
No one in the Kingdom knows about Deon’s secret identity as Commander of the Zero Demon Legion other than the Emperor as well as his brother Cruel Hardt.
Seeing Deon with a demon will most likely blow his cover, and we will see if Deon can protect his identity in I’m Not That Kind of Talented Chapter 70.
We also get to see Deon’s other personality as he fights monsters that often appear when he is in danger or agitated. As usual, Deon didn’t know what happened when he woke up. While it’s funny to see it happen, we also know that this personality disorder runs much deeper.
Deon has faced many traumatic situations in his life, and it is clear that he has split his personality because he cannot handle all that cruelty calmly. The Emperor and Demon King knew about this, but they happily ignored it just to take advantage of Deon and make him do their dirty work.
I’m Not That Kind of Talent is a fantasy action comic series with a quite unique plot. MC appears to be weak and fragile, suffering from some sort of multiple personality disorder and having extraordinary luck in avoiding threatening situations. Despite his weak body, Deon is still known as a famous war hero.
The real turning point comes when Deon is mistaken for the Demon Arut, Commander of the Zero Demon Legion, and must now work for the Demon King and the Emperor.

Summarize
In the previous chapter of I’m Not That Kind of Talented, we see the Emperor having another psychotic episode, when he almost stabs his wrist with a knife.
Only thanks to his talented subordinate drawing his sword and deflecting the knife, the Emperor was not injured and he asked to call the Magician.
As they were talking, the Emperor’s communication stone began to glow and the Emperor hurriedly left after receiving the message. The message is yet to be revealed and we next see Deon fighting against the monsters with severe injuries and his life in danger.
As we can see, Deon is no longer sane as his other personality has emerged. When in that state, he doesn’t care what happens to him and even his injuries don’t seem to hurt him.
Deon was quite overwhelmed by the number of monsters but he managed to make them back down with his crazy antics.
However, he soon collapsed and called the Demon King for help as he was unconscious. It seems he finally passed out because he had a dream about Cruel asking him to wake up, and he opened his eyes to see monsters closing in on him.
He was saved by the emperor at the last moment and killed the remaining monster. Deon finally realized that he had finally called the Emperor instead of the Demon King. The Emperor teased Deon for making such a careless mistake and told him that he needed to carry out a mission for him next time.
The Emperor returned after saying that he would send a Knight to assist him back home and leave some first aid for him. However, the Demon Doctors appeared just as the Emperor left because he was worried, and the Knight sent by the Emperor also appeared at the same time, causing him trouble.
