A viral character of Spy x Family’s Anya over Chainsaw Man ripped into the artist who originally designed the concept.
Ohomi, an artist on 2022. “I usually don’t get offended but men profiting from other people’s art without any credit is just next level worse,” she said in a recent post. Ohomi posted this concept in December 2022. As of February 11, 2024, the figure is still available for pre-order for between $45 and $103 USD. Spy x Family’s Anya continues to be used in franchise crossovers and viral memes
Anya’s cute and mischievous demeanor has made her a top choice for crossovers of many popular franchises. The famous “Nah I’d win” meme from Jujutsu Kaisen famously replaced the character Satoru Gojo, while in the same series, the call to expand Anya’s domain, as well as the call to fight Gojo, both spread similarly. Anya also crossed paths with Attack on Titan, replacing Eren to torment Grisha to kill innocent children.

In more official franchise news, Spy x Family has branched out into the world of gaming, releasing its first console game, Spy x Family: Operation Memories. Additionally, Yor has become a playable character in Street Fighter 6. This comes as Chainsaw Man expands into escape rooms, releasing new visuals (see above) ahead of its Japanese launch .
