Bayonetta 3 – The sorceress officially returns to fans this fall
Bayonetta 3 is out on October 28. The latest trailer for the game has confirmed the release date and introduces an all-new character who warns Bayonetta of an end-of-the-world threat. world from Homunculi.
The new trailer opens with lots of familiar faces, including Luka, Enzo and Rodin, who confirm that the Homunculi are part of humans. Later, Viola appears and asserts that the Homunculi is indeed a biological weapon created by humans. If no one stood up to stop the Homunculi, the present world would be wiped out. In addition, another outstanding detail in the trailer is when Bayonetta collaborates with other versions of herself. Bayonetta becomes powerful thanks to her new Demon Transformation ability, but can the sorceress save the universe?
The trailer ends with a reveal of the October 28, 2022 launch date, but that’s not the only marketing gimmick for Bayonetta 3. Nintendo has announced the Trinity Masquerade Edition for Bayonetta 3, which includes an artbook. 200 pages and three different colored card cases so the player can change the style of the box like when Bayonetta transforms. Also, for those who haven’t experienced the first game, Nintendo is also announcing a disc re-release for Bayonetta later this year. Nintendo confirmed that Bayonetta 3 has an 18+ tag, an M rating due to the presence of elements of violence, gore, nudity, vulgar language, and some in-game transactions.
Bayonetta 3 will have a feature that prevents the main character from “losing” clothes when performing certain moves. Developer PlatinumGames calls the feature “Naive Angle Mode”.
