Square Enix’s August issue of Gangan Joker magazine revealed on Wednesday that Akitaka magazine’s Ochikazuki ni Naritai Miyazen-san manga series will end in the magazine’s next issue on the 20th. Akitaka also revealed that the manga’s web series will end in August.
The series focuses on the rich lady Miyazen and the former delinquent Matsubayashi. When they were seated close together at school, Miyazen decided to slowly develop her relationship with Matsubayashi. Matsubayashi felt the same way, but was awkward in expressing himself.
Akitaka began serializing the series on pixiv and Twitter in April 2019. The series began serialization in Gangan Joker magazine in February 2020. Square Enix published the series’ third compiled book volume. on May 21.
Akitaka recently released the Rokujō Hitoma no Majo Life (A Witch’s Life in a Six-Tatami Room) manga in Gangan Joker in February 2020. The author also drew volume 5 (End of the Golden Witch) of Umineko When. They Cry manga. Yen Press published the manga in English and released the third volume of the eighth volume in June 2020.
