Haruka Tomatsu, joins additional voice cast for January 9 anime

The series will premiere on Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11 on January 9 at 1:00 a.m. (effective January 10) before airing on Tokyo MX, TV Aichi, and YTV later that night. The anime will also stream on the dAnime Store at 1:30 a.m. and on other streaming services in Japan at a later date.
Noriaki Akitaya (Bakuman, Castle Town Dandelion, Slow Loop) is directing the anime at CONNECT, with Kei Umabiki as assistant director. Shogo Yasukawa (Hyperdimension Neptunia, Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, The Executioner and Her Way of Life) is in charge of the series’ scripts. Hideki Furukawa is designing the characters. Jin Aketagawa is the sound director, and Rei Ishizuka is composing the music.
Teenager Kazamaki Matsuri has long been part of an elite team of ninja exorcists, tasked with battling the evil ayakashi spirits that threaten Japan – especially those pursuing his childhood friend. your childhood, Kanade Suzu. As the guy fiercely protects her, and his relationship with her blossoms from friendship into something more, a powerful cat ayakashi vows to fall between the two lovers: by cast a forbidden spell to turn Matsuri into a girl! With apparently no way to undo the spell, Matsuri must continue to fight the ayakashi – and return to school – in this new feminine body until he finds a way back.
Yabuki launched the manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in June 2020. Shueisha will publish the 12th volume of the manga on January 4.
Yabuki (To Love-Ru -Trouble-, To Love-Ru -Trouble- Darkness, Black Cat, Mayoi Neko Overrun!) most recently launched a manga adaptation of the original anime DARLING in the FRANXX on the Shonen website and app. Jump+ by Shueisha in January 2018 and ended the manga in January 2020. The manga has eight volumes.
