Kodoani.com – Aniplex Online Fest 2023 event introduced the main cast and animation studio JC Staff for the anime adaptation of the novel “Demon Lord 2099” by author Daigo Murasaki and illustrator Kureta.

Satoshi Hino will voice the character Demon Lord Veltol.
Miku Itō will voice the character Machina.
The anime is set in the Era of Fusion 2099 in Shinjuku, a vast megalopolis where prosperity hides a terrifying darkness. The legendary Demon Lord Veltol reappears here to rule this new world. From then on, he had to face many challenges and determine his future.
The novel “Demon Lord 2099” was published by Kadokawa in January 2021, and the second volume came out in April 2021. Yen Press published the novel in English, and the second volume came out on June 2022.
There is also a manga adaptation of the novel “Demon Lord 2099” by Kiiro Akashiro and published on Kadokawa’s Shōnen Ace+ website.
