Kodoani.com – The official Twitter account of Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara magazine revealed on Tuesday that the anime adaptation of the manga Hoshikuzu Telepath (Stardust Telepath) by Rasuko Ōkuma will premiere in October.

Kaori directs the anime at Studio Gokumi. Kaori and Natsuko Takahashi are in charge of the series’ scripts. Takahiro Sakai is designing the characters and is also the chief animation director.
The story is about a shy girl named Umika who is afraid to talk to others and has trouble making friends. One day, a transfer student named Yuu appeared. As it turns out, she is an alien who can read other people’s emotions by encountering them.
The 4 koma manga launched in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara magazine in May 2019 and began serialization in July of that year. Houbunsha published the manga’s third compiled book volume in October 2022.
The manga has been nominated for Best Print Manga in the seventh “Next Manga Awards” (Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Taishō) in 2021.
