Kodoani.com – The official website of My One-Hit Kill Sister is an anime adaptation of the Isekai novel One Turn Kill Nee-san: Ane Dō̄han no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita Konoe (One Turn Kill Sister in Another World: I Started Living in Another World with My Older Sister) aired another promo on Saturday.
The series will premiere on Tokyo MX on April 8 at 10:30 p.m., and BS Fuji and other channels will also air the series.
The story follows Asahi Ikusaba, a high school student who got lost and went to another world. He has knowledge of video games and fantasy worlds, but he is weak and doesn’t have any “cheat abilities”. He finds his sister Maya in the afterlife, she has the strongest cheat ability and also has a complicated brother.

Hiroaki Takagi (The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!) is directing the anime at Gekkō. Yōhei Kashii (Battle Athletes Victory ReSTART!) is in charge of the series’ scripts. Yūji Hamada is designing the characters, while Maho Tanabe is designing the supporting characters. Kenichi Kanagawa is credited as the monster designer. Kenichi Kurata is the art director, while Ryōta Katsuta and Maki Yamamoto are the main color artists. Atsushi Tamura is the director of general photography.
TrySail performed the anime’s opening theme song “Karei One Turn” (Splendid One Turn).
Konoe launched the novel on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō (Let’s Be Novelists) website in December 2019. Kenji Taguchi (Ane Log) and Konoe launched the manga adaptation on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry website and in Sunday magazine GX in March 2020.
