Kodoani.com – Official website of the anime film BLUELOCK – Episode Nagi – an anime spin-off series adapted from Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yūsuke Nomura’s Blue Lock soccer manga debuted its full trailer on Sunday. The trailer introduces the film’s song “Stormy” performed by artists Nissy and SKY-HI.

The voice cast and staff returned to participate in the film. Assistant television anime director Shunsuke Ishikawa will direct the film at 8-Bit. Taku Kishimoto is supervising and writing the script, and manga’s Kaneshiro is supervising the story. Nomura is credited as the character designer, and Jun Murayama is composing the music.
The movie BLUELOCK – Episode Nagi – will be broadcast in Japan on April 19.
The spin-off manga focuses on Seishirou Nagi before he officially entered Blue.
Publisher Kodansha USA has announced that it will begin publishing the spin-off manga in fall 2024.
Publisher Kodansha USA is also releasing the original Blue Lock manga in English digitally and in print. The company describes the story:

Anime BLUELOCK premiered in Japan in October 2022. A second season of the anime is in preparation.
