A statement from Apex Legends on Wednesday officially confirmed that Apex Legends Mobile will launch in 10 select regions next week and more will be added following the regional launch. The initial launch will be limited to players in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina and Colombia and is expected to remain limited throughout the spring. In the announcement post, Respawn also revealed some other restrictions for players in regions who want to get in on the action before the mobile version launches globally. Due to the positioning of the game as a mobile-only optimized version, Apex Legends Mobile will not feature cross-play with the PC or console versions. Due to technical limitations of the game, Apex Legends Mobile will also not be supported on Android devices with less than 3GB RAM and on iOS devices with less than 2GB RAM.
