Popular Yostar tactical tower defense/RPG mobile game – Arknights, is being adapted into an anime. A trailer has been uploaded to the game’s official YouTube channel, providing viewers with a preview of the game series. Currently, no information has been revealed about the anime’s production team or voice cast. Developed by Hyperglyph, Arknights was originally released in China on May 1, 2019 and worldwide on January 16, 2020. The game is set on the backward planet Terra, where society is ravated by an illness. deadly named Oripathy. Players will play as an amnesiac doctor who leads a team trying to find a cure. Immediately upon release, Arknights quickly gained a passionate fan following and received rave reviews from critics. It was also nominated for “User Choice Game” at Google Play’s Best of 2020 awards and “Best Sci-Fi or Fantasy Mobile Game” at Dragon Awards 2020.
Currently, there is no release date for the anime adaptation.
