The plot of Giant Beasts of Ars is set in a world once ravaged by ferocious beasts, all before humanity emerged to hunt them down. Paladins and Clerics are the “human” main line of defense against these creatures, with protagonist Jiro being a hunter who takes down beasts for a profit.
