Kodoani.com – Sozo Pte. Ltd., the organizer of the Asian Anime Festival conventions, announced on Tuesday that the Asian Anime Festival Singapore will take place at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Center in Singapore on the 24th. November 26
The last AFA Singapore in 2022 was the first time since 2019 to be held as a live event. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sozo started hosting online AFA events in 2020.
Anime Festival Asia conventions take place in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Japan. The event is one of the biggest anime and Japanese pop culture events outside of Japan. Anime Festival Asia 2015 in Singapore attracted 90,669 visitors. In addition to Anime Festival Asia and its I Love Anisong label, Sozo also owns JLive Asia and organizes the Japan Music Festival brand.
