An ongoing adaptation of the reversed isekai light novel series will premiere on Japanese television in July 2023.
Kodoani.com – Order up! A new part of The Devil is a Part-Timer! will premiere on Japanese television in July 2023, and now the singers who sing the OP and ED songs have been revealed. Nano.RIP will perform the opening theme song “Hikari no nai Machi” (“The Town Without Lights”), which is also the ending theme of the show’s first season. The ending song, titled “bloomin'”, is performed by Liyuu.
Known in Japan as Hataraku Maoh-sama!, the original light novel was written by Satoshi Wagahara, illustrated by 029, and published by ASCII Media Works under their Dengeki Bunko publisher. An English version is also available from Yen Press.

Defeated by a hero when he was inches away from conquering the world, the devil finds himself in modern-day Tokyo. With no actual skills to speak of, the devil is forced to make a living flipping burgers at a fast food joint! To thwart any further plans for world domination, the hero tracks down the devil and takes on the lowly duties of a telemarketer.
