Kodoani.com – Shonen Sunday's Miyakawa editor has just announced on the X platform (formerly Twitter) that Mangaka Nao Sakai will launch a new series named after Mugi Kaoru Futari (Wheat-Scented Two of US) on the Sunday Webry on Tuesday.
Nao Sakai had previously composed Naisho No Kyōko Nee-san and also the author of the manga adaptation from the anime 22/7, posted on Sunday Webry in January 2020. This series closed after two synthesis episodes , released in April 2020. Notably, Manga 22/7 recounted a original story, not appearing in the anime.
There is still not much information about the content of Mugi Kaoru Futari, but with the style of Nao Sakai, it may be expected of an emotional and profound story.
