After being unable to contact No O No by phone, Chief Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City said that he was looking for a home address through his permanent address to work with this young man.
This information was confirmed to the media by Mr. Nguyen Duc Tho, Chief Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications (TT&TT) of Ho Chi Minh City. Previously, the authorities had tried to contact TikToker No O No by phone, but he always turned off the phone and did not respond. Therefore, the Department has coordinated with the police and local authorities to invite him to clarify and verify some information related to the content that is considered offensive to others in the video he himself posted. . “The authorities are contacting Tuan through his permanent address in Duong Dong town, Phu Quoc city, Kien Giang province, instead of a temporary residence address,” said the chief inspector of the HCMC Department of Information and Communications.
In recent days, the online community is extremely frustrated with a video labeled as charity but with actions and attitudes that are disrespectful and insulting to others from the video’s owner, No O No. No Ono (real name Pham Duc Tuan) was born in 1996 and currently lives in Ho Chi Minh City, her main job is to create content on social networking platforms. This TikToker currently owns a Tik Tok channel with more than 600 thousand followers. The content of the videos he makes is usually a review of restaurants and shops in Ho Chi Minh City.
Recently, No Ono posted a video with the content “What do the poor eat, No Ono feeds it”, thought it was a compassionate charity video, but TikToker received a series of criticisms. In the video, No has words and attitudes that are said to be disparaging and insulting towards the old woman with difficult circumstances. As soon as it was posted, the clip received countless comments against this TikToker. Not only the audience but a series of artists and other content creators also have to speak up for those who have the title of “content creators” but defy professional ethics to get views. People even joined hands to call for unfollow and hashtag to boycott dirty content and especially this TikToker so that the social network becomes “cleaner”.
After being criticized too much, No O No deleted the video and apologized. However, the online community thinks that this TikToker has not really realized his mistake and has no regrets. Even TikToker then livestreamed “scouting” other celebrities who criticized him. No also changed the account from public to private. But recently, the online community discovered that his nick was banned after a TikTok representative said he had grasped the incident and would consider the viewer’s reports.
The Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information said that it has now received complaints about this TikToker and is handling the case according to the law. The Chief Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City also said that he will work seriously to listen to opinions and consider the reality of this person’s videos to take appropriate action.
