He then shares his wisdom with him and says that people are programmed as if they should give up. It’s a kind of survival mechanism. Kaiser then told Ness that his moves were good but he didn’t have a good partner to turn them into goals.
Kaiser then blasted him while Ness was confused. The game has restarted. Ness had the ball but was marked by many players but he decided to trust Kaiser and pass the ball to him and that match ended with them winning. Both were then selected for trial. We then see their relationship develop over time and they become close friends.
Kaiser told him about his Blue Rose Tattoo and how it symbolized his rebellion against God. Kaiser says he will win the Champions League and the World Cup. At the end of the Chapter, Kaiser chokes up but tells Ness that he has found a way to make Isagi fall into despair.
