Boruto Part 2 Chapter 6 Revealed
This chapter opens with the Elders wanting to eliminate Boruto because they believe he planned to kill Kawaki. Even though Shikamaru tried to persuade them, they still wouldn’t budge. The Elders wanted to see Shikamaru permanently assume the responsibility of the 8th Hokage. When Shikamaru realized that his plan could not change the Elders’ decision, he went to see Ino.
Shikamaru asked Ino to bring him some documents but Ino already knew that he intended to bring something with the help of telepathy. Shikamaru said he wanted to talk to Ino but no one could hear their conversation. Ino told him that she couldn’t break the rules by granting his request. However, Shikamaru says that if Ino doesn’t do what he says he will never talk to her.
On the other side, Eida informed Kawaki that Shinju planned to kill Naruto. Before she could tell him that they were also targeting her, Eida realized that Kawaki did not care about her, but that he only cared about the health of the Seventh Hokage.
