The main character of the story, Kiyotaka is always intentionally ranked last in class D, however, he has a great sense of humor that helps him overcome all obstacles in his path. During the past second season, a competition began between Class C and Class D.
Well, Kiyokta was able to end the conflict with Class C’s Kakeru and become the hero of Class D once again. But his love life seemed more complicated by the end of the season. When Sato Mayo confessed her love to him, he reluctantly refused, however, Kei Karuizawa witnessed his main love.

Summarize
Previously in Elite Class season 3, Ayanokoji and his friends were promoted from Class D to Class C and they all headed to the forest expedition as part of the test. Koenji leads the group and takes them on foot to the top of the mountain.
Meanwhile, Ijuin injured his leg while walking and in his mind he blamed Koenji for this. He is upset with Koenji’s attitude. The rest of the team left him behind but Ishizhaki and Ayanokouji stayed for him. Ishizaki carried him on his back while searching for Koenji in the forest.
Ayanokouji takes advantage of the opportunity to meet Koenji. Meanwhile, Koenji is fighting a wild boar in the forest and ends up killing it. Ayanokouji goes there and asks Koenji to help his team on exam day but Koenji counterattacks him with his secret.
But Koenji ensures that Ayanokouji will follow his heart and do whatever he feels is right so that he doesn’t reveal anyone’s secrets. As the exam day approaches, the stress among students is increasing. It will be interesting to see how Class C and D will pass the exam this time.
