After a long time of speculation by the League of Legends community, SBTC Esports has finally successfully recruited coach Ren for the 2023 season.
Half a month ago, the VCS community speculated that Coach Ren would join SBTC Esports in the 2023 season. The reason was because SE’s gaming house appeared a hidden member with a costume like “Mr Ren”.
Until today, SE is no longer hiding but has officially revealed its new coach:
WELCOME REN – HLV CHÍNH THỨC TEAM SBTC ESPORTS | VCS SPRING 2023
“Nguyen “Ren” Van Trong officially became the head coach for SBTC Esports.
With his full training experience as well as his time in major international tournaments, Ren is definitely an indispensable piece to help SE improve tactically and also a medicine to improve. The mentality is extremely good for the players to prepare for a very close VCS Spring 2023.
This addition is one of the biggest explosions in the transfer market and will give fans hope for a better ranking of SE next season.” – SE announced the joining of coach Ren in the upcoming season.
SE aims to attend Worlds 2023 right from the introduction video “Mr Ren”.
Previously, many VCS fans praised Coach Ren for his picks and bans in both domestic and international tournaments. In particular, “Sir Ren” is also commented by many fans as a much stricter person than Coach Sergh. So his presence probably makes SE a lot stronger and more professional in the upcoming season.
Back to SE’s lineup, currently “Tam Ke Hoi” is leaving the AD carry position in the main lineup. So some fans speculate that SE will have some more contracts instead of using Vinboiz only in the bot lane.
