Japanese rock band My First Story and singer Hyde will perform the opening theme for season 4 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The song is titled “Mugen”. The new season will focus on the Hashira Training section and is expected to premiere this spring.

The fourth season of Demon Slayer was announced after the third season finale in June 2023. The third season began on April 9, 2023. It aired a total of 11 episodes, but the first episode was the special episode was one hour long while the final episode was 70 minutes long. Other seasons include a 26-episode first season from April to September 2018 and a second season, the first adapted from the Mugen Train arc (October to November 2021) and the second season adapted from Entertainment District section (December 2021 to February 2022) .
