Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon was officially issued a global wanted notice by Interpol on the morning of September 26.
Accordingly, Interpol has issued a worldwide arrest warrant, ordering all law enforcement agencies to locate and coordinate the arrest of Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon.
The arrest warrant was confirmed by Seoul prosecutors after Do Kwon was involved in a scandal related to the collapse of virtual currency LUNA, blowing away more than 60 billion USD in market capitalization.

It is known that Do Kwon’s arrest warrant from Interpol is valid globally in the hope of quickly apprehending the subject. Police forces in all countries are required to coordinate arrests in order to extradite the subject to South Korea. In addition to Do Kwon, 5 other subjects are also on my wanted list for violating the Capital Market Act.
Before that, Do Kwon’s Visa was disabled so he could not move between different countries.
Before the arrest warrant was issued on September 14, the Prosecutor’s Office in Seoul determined Do Kwon was hiding in Singapore but refused to disclose the exact location, most likely they themselves did not know.
On September 17, Singapore police confirmed that Do Kwon was no longer in the country.

However, a while later, Do Kwon shared on Twitter that he had absolutely no intention of hiding and had absolutely no reason to hide. Do Kwon says:
“I always cooperate with government agencies.”
This statement was rejected by South Korean prosecutors.
On September 18, Korean prosecutors confirmed that Do Kwon was definitely on the run and that he had been planning to flee Korea since May, just before the virtual currency LUNA collapsed.
