Dragon Ball has some of the most iconic villains of all anime and manga, but Dragon Ball Daimi really disappointed fans.
When Dragon Ball Daimi started last year, fans were introduced to the Great Magic Gioi for the first time. While Dragon Ball has mentioned this world in the past, with some characters like Piccolo from here, Dragon Ball Daima has brought Goku and others into a completely new adventure through this world, With all kinds of new secrets discovered.
This new adventure also comes with a lot of curiosity, when fans were introduced to some new enemies appearing in the great ghost. Because these villains are much weaker than Goku and Vegeta, in return they seem to have a much larger relationship in the Dragon Ball world compared to what fans can expect.
But when Dragon Ball Daimi quickly approached the end, the reality was the opposite. These new villains will not have many shades or importance as initially revealed.
Dragon Ball Daimi has not worthy villains
When Dragon Ball Daimi started the ending phase and many mysteries began to be revealed, unfortunately, the answer to many mysteries of them was a disappointment because of lack of nuances. The problem became worse in episode 16, when Degesu finally acted. Initially, he was introduced as a worker for the Supreme Demon King Gomah, who seemed to have another intention. As it turned out, he also wanted to become the supreme demon king, but simply took over this role, not because of a great plan.
Degesu acted and abducted Dende, but was quickly encountered by Goku and others in this process. After threatening Dende, Degesu was immediately defeated and arrested before he actually created an impact in the story. It was even more embarrassing when the truth revealed that he had a relative relationship with both Supreme Kai and Dr. Arinsu. There was a short moment when Supreme Kai referred to the fact that Degesu always had plans to gain power in his mind, but it was still a long confrontation between the Glind brothers that fans expect.
The Glind race is also expanded in the hope that it will lead to something. Fans know the truth that they were kicked out of the Second World, and the trees born they were extinct. It would be great if Degesu's engine could be related to all of this, but it was not the reality. He is just one of the villains disappointing for the entire series.
Will Gomah salvage fans' disappointment in the final episodes of Dragon Ball Daimi?
After witnessing what happened to Degesu, when he was quickly removed without really doing anything even though he had the potential, now fans are worried about what will happen to. Dr. Arinsu and Gomah. These two have been described more than the clear villains for Dragon Ball Daimi, so they are afraid that these two will make us more disappointed.
Dr. Arinsu has publicly plotted to appropriate the dragon ball of the great ghost for her own, but has not revealed the wish she wants to do with them. If she just wanted to become a supreme demon king like Degesu, it would be disappointing. She will really do not need to stealthily do many things as done to capture that power.
In the case of Gomah, he is a more traditional villain in the two people. He is not a humorous or strong symbol of Dragon Ball, but with Evil Third Eye, he is now a strong opponent that Goku and Vegeta will need to defeat.
