Kodoani.com – Square Enix has just released a gameplay introduction video for Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince (Dragon Quest Monsters 3), the upcoming game on Nintendo Switch on December 1. The game promises to take players on a journey full of adventure and challenges in the world of Nadiria.
The story revolves around the character Psaro, who is cursed and cannot cause any damage with monster blood. To overcome this difficult battlefield, Psaro decided to become a Monster Wrangler – a person skilled in controlling and using the power of monsters.
Psaro’s adventures will take him across Nadiria, where he will meet high-level monsters and explore unique environments, from bubbling lava rivers to ancient ruins and soaring cake towers. Along the way, he meets Rose, a kind elf, who decides to go on an adventure in search of more powerful monsters.
Interesting locations such as Rosehill, Diabolic Hall, Zenithia and many other locations from Dragon Quest IV also appear in the game. Characters from Dragon Quest IV such as Randolfo the Tyrant, Dolph the Destroyer, the Zenith Dragon, Healie and many others will join this adventure.
The Dragon Quest Monsters series started in 1998 and has gone through many different versions. The two latest games are Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry’s Wonderland SP (2018) and Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry’s Wonderland Retro (2019), released for mobile and Nintendo Switch. Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince promises to be a new and exciting chapter for fans of the series.
