This anime is adapted from the light novel by Shogo Kinugasa. The first season debuted in 2017 and had 12 episodes. The second season, announced along with the third season, runs for a total of 13 episodes. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime and they describe the story: Kiyotaka Ayanokoji has just enrolled at Tokyo Koudo Ikusei Senior High School, where it is said that 100% of the students will go to college or find a job. But in the end he had to enter Class 1-D, where the school’s problem students were full. Furthermore, every month, the school rewards students with points with a cash value of 100,000 yen, and classes adopt a laissez-faire policy, in which talking, sleeping, and even vandalism in class are allowed. One month later, Ayanokoji, Horikita, and the students of Class D learn the truth about the system being used in their school…
