Kodoani.com – Manga “Jinrui Sonbō Cockpit Girls” (Mankind Survival Cockpit Girls) by Etorouji Shiono will end in the December issue of Shonengahosha’s “Young King Ours” magazine, on sale October 16. The manga’s concluding chapter will have a color spread.
The manga began serialization in the magazine in January 2022, and its second compiled book volume was published on April 4.
“Jinrui Sonbō Cockpit Girls” is about Naoto, a boy who pilots a giant robot to fight similarly large, unknown invading creatures. This robot requires four members to operate, and Naoto controls the robot along with three girls with their own styles.
Etorouji Shiono is also the author of the manga “Übel Blatt,” a popular work that began serialization in Square Enix’s “Young Gangan” magazine in 2004. The manga “Übel Blatt” ended in 2019 and has been published. Published in English by Yen Press. Shiono also worked on the manga “Deep Insanity: Nirvana” based on the Square Enix franchise.
