The Fairy Tail anime series will soon return to television in the upcoming adaptation of 100 Year Quest. At the same time, fans of the series can also look forward to an impressive anime figure of Erza Scarlet from Good Smile Company.
Now available for pre-order through the Good Smile Company online store, “FAIRY TAIL Erza Scarlet: Ataraxia Armor Ver.” takes the Fairy Tail S-Class Mage and turns her into a highly detailed character. Erza's miniature features her wearing the Ataraxia Armor from Episode 282 of the anime series. The armor is depicted as a beautiful white cloak with wings made up of multiple swords that can function both defensively and offensively.

According to Good Smile Company, the Erza figure is 1/6 scale and approximately 294 mm (11.57 inches) tall. The drawing depicts Erza in a battle-ready position with a sword in hand, while the many blades that formerly made up her wings appear to “dance” around her. The illusionary effect of multiple swords attacking at once is achieved thanks to the transparent parts of the figure. FAIRY TAIL Erza Scarlet: Ataraxia Armor Ver. is available for pre-order now for $207.99. This item is expected to launch in Q2 2025.
Fairy Tail's anime will soon air with the sequel 100 Year Quest
The timing of the new Erza couldn't be more perfect, as the new Fairy Tail anime will premiere on Sunday, July 7, 2024. Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest picks up where the original anime series left off , where Naruto Dragneel, Lucy Heartfilia, and the rest of the Fairy Tail Guild embark on a dangerous mission that hasn't been completed in over a century. The manga series, written and scripted by series creator Hiro Mashima with art by Atsuo Ueda, began in 2018 and currently has 17 volumes. One-Punch Man Season 2 anime studio JCStaff will adapt the next series of Fairy Tail.
