Before the Season Kickoff event took place, Faker made many fans laugh when he teased Deft and BeryL in a “very funny” way.
A week ago, Riot Games revealed about the Kickoff Season event that will replace the upcoming All-Star 2022, as expected, this event will take place in 2 days January 10-11, 2023.
Recently, Faker and Deft were selected as captains of 2 squads in the Season Kickoff event. In particular, in the 1v1 solo as well as the member selection, “President Lee” made many fans laugh because of his “exciting” personality.
More specifically, in a 1v1 solo with Hyuk-kyu (Deft’s real name), Faker “confided” with a funny expression that made many fans laugh:
Demon King congratulates Deft on the last solo match
Faker: Hyuk-kyu ah.Deft: Huh? Faker: Hyuk-kyu-ah.Deft: What? Faker: Congratulations on the championship.

Not stopping there, even the selection of the lineup of the Immortal Demon King surprised many fans for “unstable reasons”.
First, Faker wanted to choose all mid laners for his squad, but the format did not allow so he chose 4 names including DuDu, Willer, Viper and BeryL. Among them, DuDu was chosen by his brother Zeus to Faker regardless of the reason, and also chose Willer because this player is very close to Oner.
Previously, BeryL begged Deft not to choose me so that this guy could enjoy “plowing” Genshin Impact during his break. Of course, Deft indulged his brother and former teammates like BeryL. However, perhaps Faker knew about this and teased BeryL by choosing “God Genshin Impact” into his lineup. As a result, BeryL will have to attend the upcoming Kickoff Season instead of staying at home “tryhard” Genshin Impact.
