For the first time in Grand Theft Auto game history, we will be playing a female protagonist.
An extremely hot information about GTA 6 has just been published by the famous Bloomberg magazine. Accordingly, for the first time in Grand Theft Auto game history, we will be able to play a female protagonist.
“Rockstar’s next game, Grand Theft Auto 6, will feature a female protagonist for the first time. This will be a Latina girl and will be accompanied by another character from the gang Bonnie and Clyde,” lead Bloomberg’s words.

This magazine also revealed that GTA 6 has been in development since 2014 under the name Project Americas. Initially, Rockstar wanted this to be a huge open world game with a range of levels that would stretch from North America to South America. But then the plan changed, Rockstar realized they didn’t have enough energy to build such a large open world game. The scope was eventually narrowed down to create a fictionalized version of the city of Miami and its surrounding areas.
Bloomberg’s report also said that Rockstar will release GTA 6 in the form of an online service game like Destiny. This means that the content of the game will be updated gradually over time. This will help Rockstar easily edit or perfect the game according to trends and feedback from experts and the gaming community.
Gamers can rest assured that new pieces of content will be completely free to those who purchased the original game. Particularly for special DLC (expansion versions) that are not related to the main plot, the publisher may surcharge an additional fee.
Currently GTA 6 does not have an expected release date.
