What happened in Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Episode #5?
Episode #5 has two major subplots. This is a touching story that highlights the pain of loss that Frieren feels as a near-immortal being. The second plot has Frieren trying to retrieve a book from a dragon’s nest and asking an adventurer to help her do so. This warrior is Stark, a disciple of Eisen, a friend of Frieren, who considers himself a coward. However, at the end of the episode, it is revealed that he is stronger than he seems when he turns a large cliff into a canyon.
