The new characters join the Battle of Onigashima Pack that was previously announced in September
Kodoani.com – Game website One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 just revealed that Yamato and Kaido will appear in the game as DLC characters in “Character Pack 4,” scheduled for release in September. The characters will also participate in the Onigashima Battle Pack, which was previously announced there, along with Luffy in the battle of Onigashima.
Bandai Namco Entertainment aired a video of Yamato on Wednesday to introduce the character.
The game will also have “Character Pack 5” and “Character Pack 6.” The character introduction video above revealed Uta and Gold Roger as two of the upcoming characters. Those who purchase the Character Pass 2 (includes Character Packs 4-6) will also enjoy the content of the Onigashima battle. The game will also feature three new story volumes, with the first one titled “Yamato no Manyūki” (Dary of Yamato) and also including “Tamashii no Kaizu 1” (Soul Sea Chart 1).
Previous DLC has been released for the game, including characters such as Charlotte Smoothie, Charlotte Cracker, Vinsmoke Judge, X Drake, Killer, Urouge, Kozuki Oden, Kin’emon, Okiku and many more.
One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 launched on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in Japan in March 2020, followed by other regions on the same platforms and PC in late 2020. Play on adventures in the world of One Piece and conquer many familiar enemies and landscapes from the original series.
