It also helps that some players love the relationship between Kaveh and Alhaitham due to the harsh and contrasting personalities of these two characters who are roommates. Kaveh’s design is quite popular online, especially among players who want more playable male characters.
3. Harlequin
If you take the time to scroll through the Reddit subs related to the currently unplayable Fatui Executives, you’ll find that ArlecchinoMains is the most popular Reddit sub. Many Genshin Impact players really fell for her design and storyline.
There’s really no question that Arlecchino is the most popular Executor that fans want to be able to play. Not to mention, she doesn’t seem really loyal to Tsaritsa and is obsessed with power. Arlecchino is yet to appear in the game, but her debut in the Winter Night Play video is a very notable debut.
4. Doctor
The next most popular Fatui Executive on Reddit, currently unplayable, is Dottore. He had a notable role in the official Genshin Impact manga and even appeared in the game’s Magic Mission Chapter 3, Act 3.

This character possesses many puppets and each has an independent mind and personality, along with Dottore’s different ages so it’s not unusual for one of them to survive the attack. Dottore destroys them all and then becomes a playable character and accompanies the Traveler. Current rumors suggest that Dottore is a heavy sword character, but so far not much else is known about this playable Dottore character.
5. Focalors
The Magic God will usually be one of the most popular characters in the game. Of course, the Water God is also one of them. It can be said that the Water God Focalors will be a very sought after character by many players thanks to the ability to exist in the meta from the perspective of being a god to the appropriate level of the plot.
