New sources on Genshin Impact have revealed more information about Executor Arlecchino as well as some upcoming Liyue and Fontaine characters.
Genshin Impact sources recently revealed more information about the new playable characters that could join the roster in the coming months. Each character on the playable list belongs to one of the four currently revealed regions: Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, and Sumeru.
The Sumeru chapter is slowly coming to an end, which means it’s time for the plot to officially return to some of the previously released regions. Over the past few weeks, reliable Genshin Impact leakers have been hinting that upcoming missions will lead the Travelers back to Nham Quoc.
A new post on the Genshin Impact Leaks Reddit sub has provided more information about the upcoming Liyue and Fontaine characters. According to the source, HoYoverse will soon introduce two new playable characters from the Liyue region, a five-star female character and a four-star male character. The five-star character will have Ice vision, including this character, this will be the fifth Ice-type character from this region.
These characters could be part of the rumored Liyue expansion that will come out before Fontaine. Some Genshin Impact players have noticed that the description for the Sacrificial Relics set mentions another harbor in Nham Quoc next to Liyue Port. Fans expect it to be located west of Liyue and act as a connection between Liyue and Fontaine.
The information also mentions that Fontaine should introduce seven female and two male five-star characters. Over the past few weeks, reliable leakers have revealed models for 10 new Genshin Impact characters that are said to come from Fontaine. These information should still be treated as rumors as the only confirmed characters are the Water God Focalors and the two siblings, Lyney and Lynette. Lyney is rumored to be a five-star Mars character while Lynette is said to have a lower four-star rarity.

According to the post, one of 11 Fatui Executors, Arlecchino will become part of the playable roster that will launch in Fontaine updates. Previous reports have confirmed that she will be one of the main villains in the upcoming Fontaine Chapter Magic Quest. Arlecchino, better known as “The Knave”, currently runs the Warm House orphanage in the Snezhnaya region.
The character, whose appearance is revealed in the “Winter Night Play” trailer, is the fourth strongest member of the 11 Fatui Executives. There is no reliable information on her skill set yet, which means that players will have to wait until the 4.0 beta of Genshin Impact for more details on Arlecchino.
