A creative Genshin Impact player recreated one of the Super Mario Bros levels in the game’s Kettle Tran Ca interior.
A Genshin Impact player used the game’s customizable interior system to recreate one of the most iconic levels from the Super Mario Bros. Since it was introduced in the HoYoverse RPG in the version 1.5 update early last year, players have created many unique and imaginative settings in their teapots.

The player’s Tran Ca Kettle is where they can unleash their creativity, from epic pirate ships to moody Inazuma nightclubs. Now, one fan has turned their teapot into a place to pay homage to the classic game associated with many people’s childhoods.

Genshin Impact has seen a lot of permanent game features added to the popular RPG since its launch in September 2020. The introduction of Kettle Tran Ca in version 1.5 was later incorporated into the system. Farming system is added in the housing system, allowing players to more easily obtain more valuable resources to enhance their character. The most recent update introduced a brand new game mode to Genshin Impact, the Seven Saints Summoning feature. Now, a particularly creative Genshin fan has brought another game to the RPG through their teapot.

Reddit user u/russ_victoria showed off their teapot creation on the Genshin Impact subreddit, which features a stripped-down version of the iconic 1 – 1 world from the original Super Mario Bros. opening and ending segments are re-imagined using barrels and wells. Towering mushrooms and patches of grass are used to indicate different bricks where mushrooms or coins would be hidden in the original version. The post even links to a short video showing the class played by Kazuha as Mario.

The housing system in Genshin Impact’s Tran Ca Kettle is a popular feature for many fans who want to showcase their creative instincts with the game. Clipping has become a common part of the game’s system, allowing players to glue things together to create completely different looks in Genshin Impact. While fans are concerned that HoYoverse might remove this cool player ‘feature’ to piece together objects, the developer has yet to fully fix that. The housing system has also had regular updates since launch, adding new furniture and kingdoms.
