With the skill set being criticized by the community, Dehya has been edited by HoYoverse with some parameters in his kit.
The latest Genshin Impact leaks have revealed that the development team is making more changes to Dehya’s kit. Reliable sources have confirmed that many changes have been made to her skills as well as her Zodiac Sign.
The Genshin Impact community has received a series of new leaks that reveal more changes for Dehya. This time around, she’s gone through more balance changes, making her even more attractive when used in Zodiac 0.
Change in skill set
According to information from a reliable source, Dehya’s new damage multiplier for her Elemental Skills and Rage Skill will be changed as follows, note that the numbers below will take talent level 10 as standard:
Elemental Skill: Melting Hell
Area Damage: 123% -> 108.4% Attack + 1.9% HP Limit
Wrath Skill: Fire Lion Devouring
Fist Damage: 203% -> 177.7% Attack +3% HP Limit
Hot Kick Damage: 286% -> 250.7% Attack +4.3% HP Limit
By adding HP scaling to her new damage multiplier, players can now take advantage of her HP boost, which will increase her overall damage. Thus, this would make Dehya another dual-scale character, similar to Ayato, Nahida and Alhaitham.
Previously, the Genshin Impact community believed that Dehya’s first Bow of Destiny was needed to be unlocked in order to maximize the value of her %HP. With this new dual ratio, they should be able to deal a decent amount of damage from both her Attack and her HP Limit.

The new Genshin Impact leaks also reveal new changes made to Dehya’s second Bow of Destiny, Sparkling Sand Blade. Based on C2’s old description, the duration of the regenerated Holy Land of Eruption will be increased by four seconds when Dehya uses Melting Hell – Burning Sacred Fire.
Furthermore, if there is a Smoldering Sanctuary on the field, the damage dealt by its next combo attack is increased by 50% when the active character(s) in its range are attacked.

Trusted sources have confirmed that this depiction has undergone new changes and that the duration of Smoldering Sanctuary will now increase by six seconds when Dehya uses her Elemental Skill.
Update breakthrough genius
Finally, reliable leaks have confirmed that Dehya has received another buff in her second breakout genius, Unbelievable Succor. Based on recent leaks, a new description has been added to the breakout genius. The new description states the following:
“For 6 seconds after Dehya recovers the Boiling Sanctuary from Melting Hell – Burning Sacred Fire or Devouring Fire Lion, reduce damage taken by Dehya’s Bloodline of Fire by 60%, effective This fruit can be activated once every 2s.
In addition, for 9 seconds after Dehya casts Melting Hell – Invincible Sacred Fire, all characters on the team receive the status “Steel Body”. Characters in Steel State while in the Boiling Sanctuary area gain additional interrupt resistance. For a maximum of 18 seconds, the state of Steel Formation is produced once.”
With Genshin Impact 3.5 still a few weeks away from scheduled release, it’s unknown if HoYoverse will add more changes to Dehya’s kit before her debut in the upcoming banner, let’s wait and see.
