Leaker SaveYourPrimos has revealed the expected version update roadmap as well as a list of new characters that will be released in future versions.
The Genshin Impact community has received countless banner leaks for future versions since the release of Sumeru, all the way up to the 3.6 update. While not all leak sources are accurate, they have helped a lot of players to plan their savings for their favorite character.

As version 3.6 gets closer, the leaks have become more accurate with information about the new character banner and players can only hope it will continue to do so.
There has been a lot of information leaked and speculation about future banners, especially for the 3.4 update. A major update is expected due to the new Sumeru desert region release and the return of the previously leaked Lighthouse Festival.

Genshin Impact has confirmed the release of Alhaitham and Yaoyao in version 3.4 through drip marketing, a form of pre-promotion for the next version done in the tradition of Genshin Impact, but the rerun banners are yet to be confirmed. . Initial leaks suggest that Kamisato Ayaka might be rerun with Shenhe and Hu Tao as she is rumored to receive new character skins in the next update alongside Lisa.
However, based on the latest information, it seems likely that Xiao will be the one who can be rerun and not Ayaka, potentially pushing her and Shenhe to rerun to Genshin Impact 3.5 together. He may be back in tradition for the Genshin Impact Lighthouse Festival, which is also his third time back on the banner.

Dehya first appeared in the Genshin Impact 3.0 Sumeru promotional video and was officially introduced in Chapter III Magic God Quest. Thanks to her brave and free-spirited personality, she quickly became popular with fans, who have been expecting her banner and outfit leaks ever since. Although there aren’t any gameplay leaks, the community has received several leaks regarding Dehya and Mika’s kit.
Demon God Quest has confirmed that Dehya will be a heavy sword wielder and is expected to possess the vision of Fire. Meanwhile, Mika has been confirmed to have Ice vision in his cutscene from the events at Mondstadt in patch 3.1, and is said to be a character wielding a long-handled weapon.

Although nothing has been confirmed, all the information about the update roadmap, banner and kit comes from a reliable source indicating that Mika and Dehya are expected to receive the banner in patch 3.5.

Genshin Impact players can finally see Baizhu become a playable character in patch 3.6. He is the first character to be confirmed to possess the element Thao, and according to the leak, it seems that he will be a character wielding a magical weapon, which makes sense given his weak physique. Neither he nor Yaoyao received the banner before the launch of Sumeru, as fans had expected, but it looks like their wait is almost over.
Another new character is expected to debut with Baizhu in patch 3.6, however, the identity of this mysterious character is still unknown. A Nahida rerun banner can also be expected along with Baizhu if HoYoverse follows the pattern of giving the new Magic God rerun banner after four post-release updates.
