Amidst a flurry of comments praising the quality of the trailer and Kafka’s voice acting, many fans expressed their excitement that they were finally able to see Sam and Elio appear.
Although HoYoverse has not officially confirmed the identities of these characters, players seem to believe that the man in armor is actually Sam as in-game text states that Kafka was once accompanied by “a wearing giant armor”.
As for Elio, there doesn’t seem to be any indication that he is a cat, but the animal also appears in previous Kafka drip marketing images. Therefore, gamers will have more grounds to believe that this is most likely the leader of the Stellaron Hunters guild.

The only mystery now that makes gamers curious is what Sam really looks like if he takes off his armor. There has been a theory that Sampo is actually a Stellaron Hunter because many gamers discovered that he and Sam have the same name.
