Kodoani.com – The main Twitter account of the manga cafe Wing posted a photo on Monday showing volume 11 of the series. Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable (Dosanko Gal wa Namaramenkoi ) by Kai Ikada, the image with the ribbon around the volume shows that the anime adaptation of the manga will premiere in January 2024. The 11th volume will be released on Tuesday.
The anime was previously slated to premiere this year.
Mirai Minato is the general director and is also overseeing the anime’s scripts. Misuzu Hoshino directed the anime at SILVER LINK and BLADE, with Katsuyuki Sato designing the characters.
Ayane Sakura will voice the female lead Minami Fuyuki and Nobunaga Shimazaki will voice Tsubasa Shiki.
High school student Tsubasa moves to Kitami City in Hokkaido, where he meets a “girl” at the bus stop. The image of her standing alone on the white snow, barefoot despite the freezing cold, captured his heart.
Ikada launched the manga on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ app in September 2019.
