The new Fischl skin is available and is completely free when players complete the activities in Genhsin Impact.
Genshin Impact is hosting a Summer Fantasia Event with exciting boat racing and character stories. This is an opportunity for gamers to earn the Fischl skin – a costume for the 4-star dark princess. You need to hunt for items on demand.
The Fischl skin is part of the Summer Fantasia event, which means you need to meet the requirements to start Summertime Odyssey if you want to get:
+ Reach Adventure Rank 32 or higher+ Complete Mona (requires Adventure Rank 40, but for this event HoYoverse is downgrading AR to 32)+ Complete Chapter II Prologue: Autumn Wind, the bright red leaves

HoYoverse created Mona’s story which requires players to participate in the Summertime Odyssey event and do Mona’s story quests. If you haven’t completed Mona’s story quest, the event page will have a “quick start” option to get started.
If you haven’t completed AR 32 or Chapter II, you can still get Fischl’s skin. Instead of being earned, it will be available in the in-game store with Genesis Crystals after the Genshin Impact version 2.8 update.
After you complete the first mission in the event, Summertime Odyssey I, will arrive at the Golden Apple Islands. Open the event menu and select Resonating Visions to see an overview of the event’s rewards.
To get the Fischl Skin, you need to collect 16 Phantasmal Conch shells. The first day of the event includes 14 Phantasmal Conch locations, and the rest will show up in the coming days as you gain access to more islands in the archipelago.
Genshin Impact players pay attention to the in-game minimap. As you get closer, you’ll notice icons to find the next Phantasmal Conch. After you collect 16 pcs open the event menu again. At the top of the Resonating Visions section is where you can redeem the Fischl skin.
Once you have Fischl in hand, Fischl’s outfit can be changed by opening the character menu and navigating to Fischl’s page. Select the clothes rack icon or press the lower right button of Fischl’s main character page, and then select Ein Immernachtstraum to change the outfit.
