Because he had to sell his old house to pay for treatment for liver cancer, Mr. Huang had only moved into the newly rented apartment a few months ago. However, when he moved in, he did not forget to spend 13,000 USD (more than 300 million VND) to install air conditioners throughout the rooms, including 5 units in the living room, 2 units in the main bedroom and 2 units. in the other two bedrooms.

Therefore, every time he turns on the air conditioner, he will wear more layers of clothes to keep warm.
Contrary to Mr. Huang’s comfort, the consequences of the air conditioners fell on a number of neighboring houses. Accordingly, Mr. Huang was asked to shorten the time of using the air conditioner during the day and reached an agreement that Mr. Huang would only use two air conditioners in the master bedroom during his rest time.
“And if I’m in the living room, I’ll turn off the air conditioning in the rest of the rooms,” Huang added.
However, Mr. Liu said he would dare to monitor the situation carefully in the near future. As for Mr. Huang, he also agreed that if he could not reach an agreement with his neighbor, he would move to another place to make it easier for him to recover.
This 64-year-old man also admitted, when in his old house, he always left the air conditioner on all day and the electricity bill a month would sometimes be 1000 USD (more than 23 million VND). Currently, the cost of invoices has been reduced to 350 USD (more than 8 million VND), which is quite cheap according to Mr. Huang.
