A rare incident happened when a journalist was attending a trial when she was matched on Tinder with the correct prisoner on trial.
Many people joked that the journalist let work and love life slightly interfere with each other after hearing a story about “pairing” on Tinder with an inmate in the same trial she was attending.
Brisbane journalist Jordan Bissell posted on Twitter that she is having a bad day because of this unexpected incident:
“I’m getting rid of this evil ass”. The journalist wrote on Twitter, accompanied by a photo expressing his predicament.
The photo shows a Tinder message from a man named Jake that reads:
“Jordan, you must know about our chance meeting in court that day.”
The female journalist added that there is a high possibility that “Jake” is the criminal who was tried that day, somehow he was released and checked his Tinder account and recognized her at the trial. .
Colleagues and netizens quickly discussed enthusiastically about the female journalist’s dilemma.
“Give him a chance,” joked 7NEWS reporter Mylee Hogan.
“This is a good way to start a conversation.”
