In the previous chapter, we saw Sukuna kill Gojo. After Maharaga was able to further adapt to Infinite by altering his Curse Energy and cutting ability, Sukuna was able to copy that for his own Cutting Ability, which is essentially actual cutting and Gojo.
However, soon after, Kashimo starts chasing Sukuna, and we know he will do this because he says he will attack Sukuna if Gojo loses. This is important because Kashimo’s entire purpose in the series is to justify Sukuna.
Before reaching Sukuna, Uraume fell from the sky with a giant iceberg. We haven’t seen her Uraume in a while, but we can assume they’re waiting in the ring in case anything happens to Sukuna during his fight with Gojo.
Before Uraume can do anything, Kinji Hakari walks in and starts attacking Kinji Hakari while saying that he promised. Previously in the Killing Game, Hakari and Kashimo fought to a draw. They were then able to reach a truce, with Hakari promising Kashimo that he would give him a chance to fight Sukuna.

Hakari also activates his Domain Expansion as the Curse Technique automatically activates his domain. We see Uraume use CT Ice Formation and I think this is the first time it’s been confirmed that it’s Uraume’s CT.
I wonder if Uraume will use his Domain Expansion here against Hakari. Now the Hakari Domain sphere begins to surround there, Uraume’s iceberg begins to fall, and from below appears a Curse Tool named Kamatuke.

The narration reveals that it was created from Ten Thousand Binding Oaths. This is attractive for many reasons. If you followed the spoiler, you’ll know that it says Yorozu is responsible for Kamatuke; However, in this Chapter there is no mention of Yorozu.
Sukuna later in the Chap says he uses it like the old days. So I think this means he must have had this since Hein’s time a thousand years ago, probably over a thousand years old. Uraume kept Sukuna warm until he came back as we’ve seen it on the cover with Sukuna True Form before.
This also means that whatever Yorozu did to the Construct, whether it was the Cursed Tool or something else, it’s still out there; it still has to be revealed, which is great.
As for this Kamatuke, it resembles Vajra because it is related to Kashimo, and it resembles a powerful weapon of the God of Thunder and looks similar to the one Sukuna is holding. Sukuna uses Kamatuke here and creates what I assume is lightning.
