Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 244 spoiler speculation: What will happen
Before the battle between the strongest began, Yuta swore to himself that he would not allow Gojo to kill his best friend twice. Although Geto’s soul died, his body was still possessed by the ancient curse user Kenjaku. This is why killing Kenjaku will cause Gojo to relive the pain of killing his best friend. So Yuta doesn’t want Gojo to go through that.
In the recent Chapter, he fulfilled his promise to his beloved teacher. Even though Gojo is dead, Yuta still prioritizes his teacher’s dream of freeing Geto from Kenjaku’s clutches.
