They have taken everything he holds dear in his life, and now that he has nothing left to lose, he will do the same to them. His bullies have no idea what awaits them, as Revenge is best served to Cold.
Uruma Shun, our main character, was once a victim of school violence. Five boys from his elementary school bullied him every day. They are Madoka Hiro, Senkouji Katsumi, Ushir Yuuga, Kuga Daichi and Shigoku Kyou. Kyou is their ring leader, a real killer.
The other just wanted to “have fun”, while Kyou wanted to push Shun to commit suicide. He calls Shun “Test Subject A” and does cruel things to him, treating him as a test subject.
Even after Shun told everything to his parents, it didn’t stop. They even double up even more. His parents transferred him to another school and even moved elsewhere. Just when he started to feel in control of his life again, they found him.
This time it was much worse than before. They knew that his mother was going to pick up his father around noon. Shigoku Kyou waits around the street and causes an accident. He sees that Shun’s younger brother is okay and proceeds to hit him. And in the end, he burned the car.
Both his parents died that day. While they were able to save their younger brother, he suffered severe burns and a head injury. He fell into a coma, likely never to wake up.
A heartbroken Shun tried to commit suicide but did not. He went to live with his estranged grandfather, Uruma Shun Sr. At his home, he cried while clutching his grandfather’s rifle, vowing revenge against all five of them.
Shun Sr reveals that he is a soldier from Kure Sanchofu’s 100th Special Squadron, Kitayama Corps, a Japanese Secret Service Unit from World War 2. He agrees to teach him the ways of the Army Corps. Kitayama but with one condition.
In his quest for revenge, if he discovers that even one of them has been renovated for the better, he must let them go. After four years of grueling training, Shun was finally ready.
Currently, he has liquidated all of them, except for Shigoku Kyou. Shigoku reveals himself to be a tougher opponent than he expected. After the death of his subordinate, he traps Shun. In the end, Shun also lost his grandfather and younger brother.
Furthermore, Shigoku acted as if he was the one who killed them and was eventually sentenced to 5 years of hard labor. After serving his sentence, Shun joins an organization called Juujika, run by Kitami Kougou as their assassin.
Juujika No Rokunin manga summary
In this chapter, we see Shun drinking with his party after successfully completing another mission, even though it’s not something he’s used to dealing with.
Ever since he joined Juujika, they’ve made good use of his “unique skill set”. Now that his memories have returned, he can also use their help to take down Shigoku Kyou. Everything was going normally until it wasn’t.
While Shun got up to go to the bathroom, Hanoka followed him. He assumed she also woke up to go to the bathroom, but he was wrong.
She kisses him on the lips and then asks him out on a date. Shun runs away, with Hanoka following him. She told everyone what she had done, and everyone was shocked. They start fighting each other which leads to their room being destroyed.
The owner intervened and kicked them all out. Kawana and Hanoka seem to have made up and returned to their places. Since Shun was still a bit drunk, he went with Chizuru to a park so he could rest.
There, they reminisce about high school, prepare for the cultural festival and all that. Chizuru says that she wants to make more memories with him and is going to ask him out. But he stopped her halfway.
The day is full of surprises, and there is still one person. When Shun arrives at the office the next day, Kitami tells him that she received a call on Andou’s phone. The voice was calling “Uruman.”
The person congratulates him for avenging his grandfather’s death, alluding to his killing of Andou. Furthermore, his former high school classmate, Shirakawa Kaname, came to Juujika to request their services.
Juujika No Rokunin Chap 142
Since the voice called Shun “Uruman” and knew who Abdou was and knew he was dead, it must have been Shigoku Kyou. Furthermore, Kaname’s scholarly appearance was also alarming. We learn that her brother, Shirakawa Jun, was manipulated by Shigoku Kyou to oppose Shun.
It seems that this time Shigoku is using Kaname to get close to Shun. Who knows what the hell is Shigoku’s plan for Shun this time? Luckily, he now has someone to back it up.
