Kodoani.com – The staff for the TV anime adaptation of the manga Kaminaki Sekai no Kamishima Katsudo (What God Does in a World Without Gods) by Aoi Akashiro and Sonshō Hangetsuban revealed the first promotional video for the film and two other voice actors on Friday.
New cast members include:

Yuki Inaba directs the anime at Studio Palette, with Yoshifumi Sueda appointed as supervisor. Aoi Akashiro, the creator of the original manga, is responsible for the series creation for the anime. Kaori Yoshikawa is designing the characters. Rin Kurisu will perform the opening theme song “I Wish” and Akari Kitō, the voice of Mitama, will perform the ending theme song “Steppin’ Up Life!”
The manga focuses on Yukito, the heir to the leader of a suspicious cult. After an unfortunate death, he was reborn in a world without the concept of god and religion.
Akashiro and Hangetsuban launched the Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudō manga in Hero’s Inc.’s monthly Hero magazine. in May 2019. When Monthly Hero ended publication in 2020, the manga moved to Comiplex. Hero’s Inc. published the manga’s sixth volume on November 29.
A manga spinoff titled Kaminaki Sekai no Onee-chan Katsudō (What My Older Sister Does in a World Without Gods) by Hayami Tokisada launched on November 25.
