Kodoani.com – Amazon page for manga fourth volume Special Investigators Police Dragon (Kiryū Keisatsu) by Kazu Inabe and Ikumi Fukuda was announced to end the series in the fourth compiled volume. The manga’s third and fourth volumes will ship on January 19.
Inabe and Fukuda launched the manga in Kodansha’s Young Monthly Magazine in December 2020 as an adaptation of Ryōe Tsukimura’s award-winning novel series. Kodansha published the manga’s second volume in December 2021.
The manga takes place in a world where terrorism and ethnic conflict are on the rise, organized crime is becoming more violent, and manned military weapons are spreading around the world. Junichirō Okitsu is a former foreign affairs official who established a special department in the Tokyo police. He employs two mercenaries, and so is considered a traitor by the other police. His division fights against violent criminals.
