Scandal has never really left the scandalous Kardashian family.
41-year-old rapper Ray J is planning to file a lawsuit against ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian after she suggested he sexually assaulted her while she was sleeping. Ray J also claimed that Kim and his mother Kris Jenner forced him to shoot adult videos for the media.
In an interview with DailyMail in May, Ray J said the infamous sex tape was released by Kim himself. The reality TV superstar is also the only copy holder of the tape.
Ray J confirmed that Kim and he filmed a total of two videos. Kim’s biological mother and manager Kris Jenner watched both tapes and decided which one to release to the media.
After the sensitive clip between Ray J and Kim was released, the reputation not only of Kim but also of the Kardashian – Jenner family skyrocketed. Many family members have even become millionaires or billionaires.
However, Mrs. Kris Jenner – who is behind the success of the Kardashian family – Jenner denies intentionally releasing sex tapes to promote popularity for her children.
Meanwhile, Ray J alleges that the 2007 tape was conceived by Jenner herself. The rapper wrote on his personal Instagram:
“You know what we did! Her mother controls the entire sex tape transaction with Joe Francis (CEO Vivid – an American entertainment company) and Steve Hirsch. She was the one who came up with the idea to give the tape to Vivid. All I do is just agree with you guys.
Now she wants to act as if I had released the tape without my consent. Look at those fake tears. Her fans trust her to be honest and sincere, but it’s all fake in front of the camera.”
Ray J also released a contract to shoot a sex video drafted by Jenner, which states that he and Kim Kardashian will each receive $ 400,000 after filming:
“There’s no way I would ever name Kim Kardashian in this contract if she wasn’t part of it. I get 12.5%, so does Kim. She has the same contract as me, so guess what happens in court?”
To be “more secure”, Ray J also used a scanner to find Kim K’s fingerprints on the contract. Many people also recognize the handwriting in the contract as Kim’s handwriting in her law research papers.
